At Rock-About Climbing Adventures, we’re not just about scaling rocks – we’re about building a community of passionate, knowledgeable, and adventurous guides who inspire others to push their limits while exploring Texas’ stunning outdoor landscapes. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who share our love for climbing and the outdoors. We’re Seeking 5-Star People for Multiple Guide Positions:
- Apprentice Guides – No experience required, just a passion for climbing and learning!
- Assistant Guides (Completed SPI Course) – For those with foundational climbing knowledge and a desire to further develop their skills.
- Lead Guides (Certified SPI) – Experienced guides who are ready to take charge and lead groups safely through the most scenic climbing spots in Texas.
All levels are welcome to apply, though experience with SPI (Single Pitch Instructor) and WFA (Wilderness First Aid) certifications is preferred.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for rock climbing and the outdoors
- Certification in SPI and WFA (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to provide clear instruction and encourage climbers of all skill levels
- Knowledge of climbing safety practices and wilderness first aid
- Experience working with groups of all ages, including families and youth groups
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to continue learning
