All Rock-About clients must fill out the following release form and info form before climbing:

Essential Gear for Climbing
- At least two liters of water, not two small bottles. Two large bottles
- Sack lunch and snacks
- Closed-toe shoes (hiking shoes, tennis shoes, or approach shoes)
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Comfortable clothing depending on the weather
- A great attitude and a smile
And remember, if you enjoy your ride it’s ok to tip your guide! (we will be very grateful)


Essential Gear for Climbing

- Closed-toe shoes are suggested but aren’t required (hiking shoes, tennis shoes, or approach shoes)
- If you wear sandals please sick with Chacos, Tevas, or Keens. No flips
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Comfortable clothing depending on the weather
- A great attitude and a smile
And remember, if you enjoy your ride it’s ok to tip your guide! (we will be very grateful)

- Any shoe is good as the walk isn’t far. If there is water (there is water now) in the creek open toe shoes are suggested

Letter must come from Not-for-Profit Organization on official letterhead.
To whom it may concern,
Please use this correspondence to fulfill the requirement your Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has for providing proof of Non-Profit status. Our organization is a not-for-profit organization and our Federal Tax Id number is __-_______. Our group/troop name is ________. Please contact me if you have any further questions regarding this matter. We are climbing/climbed with Rock-About on ______(date please).
